the customer service quality since COSCO LOGISTICS was
founded, and the emphasis is given to TCSS.

for customer satisfaction by means of interview, questionnaire
and phone call etc. on different scale and emphasis in
April, May, July, November, and December respectively,
with a wide range of 2678 customers from shipping agency
and freight areas. Our investigation scope covered 5 regional
headquarters and 2 Penavico affiliated companies, including
COSCO LOGISTICS Dalian, Penavico Tianjin, COSCO LOGISTICS
Qingdao, COSCO LOGISTICS Shanghai, COSCO LOGISTICS Ningbo,
Penavico Xiamen, COSCO LOGISTICS Guangzhou etc.

and 2 Penavico companies, COSCO LOGISTICS (Penavico) has
extended its TCSS system to all other 15 companies £¨invested
and managed directly by Penavico£©.

system for COSCO LOGISTICS (Penavico), Our long goal is
