We provide a package of solution for selling logistics for home appliances, from off-line at producer till dealers (end users) at different places, in which it includes the management and planning of the whole logistics project, storage management at the factory, transportation in trunk line, management of forwarding warehouses at different areas, and regional coordinating transportation, in detail, it is:

• Off-line at the factory and into-warehouse: from the off-line port at the factory's production line, COSCO LOGISTICS will receive the off-line finished products, and handled them to the warehouse for finished products at the factory;

• Warehousing management: management for warehouse for finished products, that for regional distribution center (RDC) all over the country, including: into-warehouse management, in-warehouse management, out-warehouse management, loading/unloading management, feedback to report lists, etc.

• Plan for transferring between warehouses: to transit products between local warehouses (including warehouses at factory for finished products and central warehouse for finished products), so as to distribute the inventories reasonably, and improve the efficiency during the delivery-preparing period for products;

• Transferring transportation between warehouses: management for transportation to transit products between local warehouses (including warehouses at factory for finished products and central warehouse for finished products);

• Trunk transportation: management for transportation to transit goods from warehouse to commercial unit or RDC. The transportation ways include highway, railway, sea and air transportation, etc;
• Cross distribution: long-distance transportation to transit from RDC to RDC, or from RDC to local warehouse;

• Secondary coordinating transportation: transportation from RDC to commercial unit.

• Inverse logistics: transportation from a commercial unit to RDC, from a commercial unit to local warehouse, from RDC to local warehouse;

• Management of bar code: when the finished products are outbound, COSCO LOGISTICS will be responsible for scanning and record the bar codes of the finished products, and give feedback to the customers.
